The Leadership Spectrum Workshop offers a deep dive into leadership decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking using Turnaround™, a dynamic simulation from Human Synergistics®.

 

This immersive experience guides participants through the historical evolution of management, highlighting why different leadership styles succeeded in their respective eras and how leadership continues to evolve.

 

The final phase focuses on predicting future leadership trends and the competencies required for next-generation leaders.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of leadership evolution, sharpen their decision-making skills, and develop a forward-thinking leadership mindset.
