The PCM: Leadership Workshop is designed for leaders who seek to enhance their ability to build trust, influence teams, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts by leveraging Process Communication Model® (PCM) principles.

 

This hands-on program helps leaders develop self-awareness, adaptability, and interpersonal agility to create high-performing, engaged, and motivated teams.

By exploring how personality influences leadership style, decision-making, and motivation, participants will learn how to tailor their communication to different personality types to drive better results.

  • Resolving conflicts using PCM
