  3. The Anatomy of a Successful Meeting

Afternoon Session: Simulation and Application

  1. Human Synergistics™ Meeting Effectiveness Simulation

    • Participants will work individually and in teams to sequence 20 critical meeting activities, comparing their approach to expert recommendations

    • The exercise builds skills in meeting structuring, group decision-making, and consensus-building

  2. Evaluating Meeting Effectiveness

    • Techniques for assessing meeting success

    • Identifying symptoms of ineffective meetings and how to fix them

  3. Case Study and Real-World Application

    • Analysis of ineffective meetings: Participants will analyze common meeting pitfalls and propose solutions

    • Action Plan: Developing a personalized framework for improving meetings in their own teams
