Talent Harvest is a workshop designed to equip participants with the skills needed to master the recruitment process.

 

Focusing on the entire employee journey from a people-process perspective, it highlights the key roles and responsibilities in recruiting top talent.

 

Through an immersive business simulation, participants will experience real-world recruitment challenges and develop effective strategies for attracting and selecting the best candidates for their teams.
