The Train the Trainers workshop is designed to equip professionals with the skills and confidence needed to design, facilitate, and evaluate impactful training sessions.

 

Over three immersive days, participants will explore adult learning principles, interactive facilitation techniques, and practical evaluation strategies.

 

Using a structured approach and experiential learning methods, this workshop ensures trainers can create engaging and results-driven learning experiences.

Day 2 – Mastering Facilitation & Engagement Techniques

  • Facilitation Skills – Presence, energy management, and overcoming nervousness

  • Interactive Training Methods – Gamification, role-plays, storytelling

  • Managing Difficult Learners & Group Dynamics

  • Handling Q&A & Giving Feedback Like a Pro

  • Delivering Training Virtually & Hybrid Learning Best Practices

Day 3 – Practice, Feedback & Mastery

  • Micro-Teaching Practice – Participants deliver 10-minute training sessions with feedback

  • Improving Training Effectiveness – Adjusting based on feedback and a coaching mindset

  • Final Training Evaluations – Applying Kirkpatrick’s model and designing post-training surveys
